    • Our florist is located at 101 Swan street, Richmond, 3121.

    • Of course you can! Our online arrangements are only suggested designs. If you have favourite flowers you would like included in your arrangement feel free to give the shop a call and we can discuss options. Similarly, if you are desperately in love with a specific flower, let us know a few days in advance and we can do our best to source it for you from market.

    • Unfortunately we are not affiliated with interstate flower delivery services like Interflora and are unable to arrange flowers for you loved ones outside of Melbourne. We recommend choosing a florist local to your recipient.

    • Our indoor plant nursery “Glasshaus Inside” is located at 44 Cremorne st, Cremorne.

    • Our outdoor plant nursery “Glasshaus Outside” is located at 52 – 54 Stanley st, Richmond.

    • If your order is placed by 12 midday, we can guarantee same day delivery 7 days a week. 

    • If you are located within Melbourne we can deliver to your suburb. Please keep in mind, our courier calculates delivery charges based on how many kilometres you are from our store. Please call us if you would like a delivery quote. 

    • If you have an event that requires a specific time delivery please call our shop and speak to one of our staff members and we will do our best to accommodate this.

       

    • Whoops! Don’t worry, if your order has not left our shop yet we can update the address details. Please call the shop you have ordered from and of our staff members will be able to assist you. 

    • Our couriers will leave your order at the recipient’s address if there is a safe place to do so. If the address is an apartment building or there is a locked gate restricting access, your order will be returned to a Glasshaus store and we will notify you to arrange a re-delivery.

    • Please call Customer Service on 03 9428 0062 if you would like to know if your flowers have been delivered. It is preferable that you call Customer Service a day after the scheduled delivery date, as we are then able to confirm with our couriers if the delivery was made. Please note we have up until 5pm to deliver flowers to companies and 7pm for residential addresses on weekdays.

    • The images on our website reflect the style and feel of the bouquet but the flowers are unlikely to be the exact same. When creating your bouquet, we use the freshest blooms possible which often changes depending on season and availability. 

    • We take pride in our work and every arrangement we create is made with love and care. Flowers and plants are perishable items, if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your bunch. We require proof of purchase and photo evidence of the product in order to process a refund, store credit or replacement.

    • We have three venues and they are located at the following addresses:

      Glasshaus Inside is located at 44 Cremorne st, Cremorne;

      Glasshaus Outside is located at 52 – 54 Stanley st, Richmond; and

      Glasshaus Brücke is located at 368 Bridge Road, Richmond 3121

       

    • We host weddings, private celebrations, business / corporate events, as well as photoshoots and location productions. 

    • Comprehensive event packages including pricing can be emailed upon request – please get in touch via info@glasshaus.com.au.

    • We would be delighted to show you through and are available by appointment. We can email you available viewing times – please get in touch via info@glasshaus.com.au.

    • Unfortunately our store is not open to the public during a lockdown, however, one of our friendly staff members will happily let you know what flowers are available to choose from over the phone.

    • You absolutely can! Our couriers operate using a contactless delivery service during lockdown. Please use our website or call us on 9421 4100 to place your order. Please be mindful when ordering that Hospitals and Quarantine hotels often do not accept flowers during a lockdown.

    • Yes, you are welcome to organise a click and collect over the phone or through our website. We will have your bunch waiting for you according to your specified collection time. 

    • Unfortunately our nurseries are closed during a lockdown, if you would like to purchase a plant please order one through our online shop for delivery or click and collect from our Florist.
